Ecommerce Website

We were recommended to Woofhouse Limited back in September with a view to updating their ecommerce website giving it a fresh look and enabling a smoother checkout process.

*THE OBJECTIVE

Defining the problem?

Woofhouse approached us with a specific objective. Create an easy to use ecommerce website with an up to date portfolio of products that they can change in an out as needed. We scoped the project pretty quickly adding in some extras as you will see below.

*WHAT WE DID

Mobile responsive

As of right now it is estimated that 51.3% of all internet traffic comes from tablet and mobile. To say its important is a understatement. Ensuring your website is mobile responsive enables the best user experience for your customers. Which in turn will increase engagement and potential sales.

Products & checkout

We built in a system that Woofhouse could maintain themselves and provided the training too. Each client is different and Woofhouse wanted to be hands on. The product & checkout system is built to enable a fantastic customer experience maximising sales.

Apple pay & stripe

The customer previously used PayPal which they found didn’t give them the flexibility the needed in regards to delivery fees or a checkout service. We decided to introduce a new payment system to Woofhouse called stripe. We then decided to go a step further introducing Apple pay. Paypal is still on Woofhouse website as a payment option.

Server & hosting

Woofhouse needed their own server for the volume of traffic they predicted, we took care of finding the right hosting and as part of their package we take care of any server maintenance or support. Some customers prefer to maintain their own which we can also work with.

Training

Woofhouse specifically requested some training for two of their staff members which we did at the beginning and we have some more scheduled in for 2018. This is something we can offer to empower businesses that want to be hands on. Training can be totally tailored to any business needs.

Damien has been working in Tech for quite some time and has been at the focal point of some truly innovative products including an Uber like system for a business in the driving instructor world. Damien has worked at some National and International organisations improving their Tech along the way. Damien believe Tech should be there to assist and enable not to slow us down.

Nathan has been involved in Tech in various capacities throughout his young but fruitful career. Nathan has worked with some of the leading gaming companies but Nathan’s expertise involve all things digital. Nathan’s original background was networking and hardware but moved over to software a couple of years ago as he enjoyed the new challenge.
